1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged during transit.

The item received is defective or not as described.

You have received a wrong item.
Note:

Since our products are handmade, minor variations in color, finish, or texture are not considered defects.

Products that are customized, engraved, or made-to-order (e.g., face engravings, custom art) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clear images or videos of the damaged/defective item

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days.
Shipping cost for returns will be covered by us only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:

The product is used or damaged by the customer.

Customized products (e.g., engraved artwork, personalized gifts).

Minor imperfections due to handmade nature.

Delays in delivery caused by courier or customs.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for damaged or incorrect items.

No exchanges allowed for size/shape/liking reasons, especially for handmade or custom products.
7.International Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, if you wish to return a product (Only damaged Products), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Customers are required to arrange the return shipment themselves using a reliable courier.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery back to our warehouse in India.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange (as per our Refund & Return Policy).

Please note: Custom-made and engraved items are not eligible for return or refund.
