Shipping Information

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Customized products (like face engraving on brass or bronze) may take 5–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
- Shipping Partners:
- We ship via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart and more to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.
- Shipping Coverage:
- We deliver PAN India including rural areas, towns, and metro cities.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Flat ₹79 shipping charge for orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available at ₹69 extra, wherever applicable.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier link.
- You can also track your order directly in the “Track Order” section on www.KahPital.com.
Packaging and Handling
We understand the value of handcrafted brass, bronze, and bell metal products. That’s why:
- All items are securely packed using bubble wrap, foam, and sturdy corrugated boxes.
- Fragile and premium items are double-checked for quality and securely sealed before shipment.
- Eco-friendly and minimal packaging is used wherever possible to reduce waste.
Delivery Issues or Delays
In rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to:

- Natural calamities or public holidays
- Courier company issues

Important Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that the address and contact number provided are correct at the time of placing the order.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delivery delays.
- Once the product is delivered, please inspect the package in front of the delivery executive. In case of visible damage, refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Custom Orders Shipping
For personalized or custom face engraving metal art, delivery might take 7–12 days from the date of order confirmation, including processing and shipping time. We will keep you updated at each stage.
